Step 1 Turn your dough out onto a lightly floured surface.

Step 2 Stretch the dough out with both hands

Step 3 Fold the dough back into the middle

Step 5 Repeat this stretching with both sets of corners

Step 6 Grab the top two corners and fold them over, just like making a paper aeroplane
