preserved lemons, rind roughly chopped | |
sea salt | |
boiling water | |
kale or spring greens | |
olive oil | |
za’atar | |
lemon juice | |
extra virgin olive oil | |
goat’s cheese, crumbled | |
toasted whole almonds | |
pomegranate, seeds only | |
fresh coriander, roughly chopped | |
